FDA - What We Do
The Food and Drug Administration is responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the safety of our nation's food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation. FDA also has responsibility for regulating the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of tobacco products to protect the public health and to reduce tobacco use by minors. *

In 1906 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was formed in the United States. In 1948 the World Health Organization (WHO) was formed. It is a so-called United Nations specialized agency run by the globalist power elite. What the FDA does on a national scale in the United States, the WHO does on a global scale. Governments around the world work closely together with for-profit industries, owned and controlled by the power elite, and follow the recommendations given by powerful organizations like FDA and WHO without question because these organizations are presented as the "bearers of absolute truth". But are they primarily concerned about public health or are there conflicting interests at play?

The pharmaceutical industry has corrupted the practice of medicine through its influence over what drugs are developed, how they are tested, and how medical knowledge is created. Since 1906, heavy commercial influence has compromised congressional legislation to protect the public from unsafe drugs. The authorization of user fees in 1992 has turned drug companies into the FDA's prime clients, deepening the regulatory and cultural capture of the agency. Industry has demanded shorter average review times and, with less time to thoroughly review evidence, increased hospitalizations and deaths have resulted. Meeting the needs of the drug companies has taken priority over meeting the needs of patients.

In 1906, the same year that the FDA came into existence, the so-called Pure Food and Drug Act was enacted as a "consumer protection law". In 1992 the so-called Prescription Drug User Fee Act was enacted which allowed the FDA to collect fees from drug manufacturers to fund the new drug approval process. From 2000 to 2018, the profitability of large pharmaceutical companies was significantly greater than other large, public companies.** The pharmaceutical industry is big business. It is a for-profit industry which by definition is primarily concerned with its own interests, not necessarily those of the public. In 2020 Bentley University reported: Pharma companies are more profitable than most S&P 500 companies.**



Johnson & Johnson is a typical pharmaceutical company. It says about itself: Our Credo challenges us to put the needs and well-being of the people we serve first.** That sounds great. People before profit?
But for example in 2012 J&J was accused of illegal marketing and kickbacks to boost an anti-psychotic drug and paid $158m.* In 2013 J&J had to pay $2.2b in a large fraud case.* In 2020 J&J was charged with fraud over opioid claims and for downplaying the risks of opioid painkillers. In 2021 J&J payed $230m to settle claims it fuelled an opioid addiction crisis in New York State. In 2023 J&J payed $8.9b after its baby powder became suspect due to contamination with asbestos, a known carcinogen. J&J charged monopoly prices for bedaquiline for treating Tuberculosis. J&J is labeled "America’s Most Admired Lawbreaker" and has a history of serial criminal fraud. Etcetera.



Many politicians have close ties to this industry plagued by scandals and fraud. In 2020, during COVID-1984, STAT News reported that Pharma is showering Congress with cash, even as drug makers race to fight the coronavirus* and in 2021 that more than two-thirds of Congress cashed a pharma campaign check in 2020.*

In order to promote sales, drug firms create financial relationships that influence physicians' prescriptions and sometimes even reward physicians for prescribing drugs. Three main types exist: (1) kickbacks, (2) gifts, and (3) financial support for professional activities. *

Payments to physicians by the pharmaceutical industry are common... these payments influence physician prescribing behavior in the form of increased prescription of brand-name drugs, expensive and low-cost drugs, increased prescription of payer company drugs. In 2022, during COVID-1984, researchers concluded that evidence based medicine has been corrupted by corporate interests, failed regulation, and commercialisation of academia.*

Applying this 6.8 percent hospital ADR rate to the 40 million annual admissions in U.S. acute care hospitals indicates that up to 2.7 million hospitalized Americans each year have experienced a serious adverse reaction. Of all hospitalized patients, 0.32 percent died due to ADRs, which means that an estimated 128,000 hospitalized patients died annually matching stroke as the 4th leading cause of death. Deaths and serious reactions outside of hospitals would significantly increase the totals. **

Prevention is better than cure, but would the power elite in control of a for-profit industry want to prevent the problems which maximize their profit? Most pharmaceuticals treat only symptoms, not the underlying causes of a patient’s disease.* Medicine in the western world in principal is focused on examining medical signs and treating symptoms, not necessarily tackling the causes. Mental depression is a dramatic example of this. Retro Report made a documentary showing How Prozac Turned Depression Medication into a Cultural Phenomenon **. 70 percent of Americans are on at least one prescription drug, and more than half take two ... antibiotics, antidepressants and painkilling opioids are most commonly prescribed.* In 2024 Peter C. Gøtzsche said: drug deaths have increased dramatically over the last 50 years. As an example, 37,309 drug deaths were reported to the FDA in 2006 and 123,927 ten years later, which is 3.3 times as many.** It is sad to see that opioid overdose deaths began with increased prescribing of opioids in the 1990s*, around the same time that the Prescription Drug User Fee Act came into existence and after the so-called "War on Drugs" accelerated in the early 1980s under American clown president Ronald Reagan who also happened to be involved in another major industry before he entered the business of war and drugs...

Ronald Reagan appeared in several commercials for the promotion of smoking meant to boost the profit of Big Tobacco at the expense of public health. Reagan mostly did his promotions for the Liggett & Myers Tobacco Company which was through a series of lawsuits revealed to be covering up the true health effects of smoking through their deceptive advertisements.*



More Doctors Smoke Camels Than Any Other Cigarette * is a typical American commercial of the late 1940s, a time in which many physicians promoted smoking. One doesn't need to be a doctor to know that inhaling smoke isn't a very healthy thing to do, on the contrary. The image of doctors who promote smoking is another sick propaganda trick in the same category as "bombing for peace" or "fucking for virginity". It is known that smoking is the leading cause of premature, preventable death in this country. Cigarette smoking and exposure to tobacco smoke cause about 480,000 premature deaths each year in the United States.* The consequences of smoking were suppressed for decades by the establishment, aided by corrupt clown physicians and presidents paid to spread lies and falsehoods and deceive the public.

More than half of what Americans eat is 'ultra-processed'. And those foods account for 90 percent of U.S. added sugar intake. Decreasing the consumption of ultra-processed foods could be an effective way of reducing the excessive intake of added sugars in the USA. Too much added sugar can be one of the greatest threats to cardiovascular disease. Etcetera. With all the junk food offered by the power elite in control of Big Food it is of course no wonder that so many Americans are obese and unhealthy. People call it an "epidemic of obesity"*. Obesity in the United States and beyond is a major health issue resulting in numerous diseases and economic costs. In the documentary called Food Matters: You are what you eat Andrew Saul said: Good health makes a lot of sense, but it doesn't make a lot of dollars.* Also this big industry operates under the motto "profit before people". In 2011 the American Journal of Public Health reported that health and life insurers own $1.88 billion of stock in the 5 leading fast food companies.* In 2022 still close to 8% of Americans do not have health insurance.* One of the issues is the high cost involved because of the unhealthy population.

The WHO is one of the globalist organizations run by the globalist power elite which is sponsored by governments around the world with taxpayer money. All parties involved have strong financial interests. The governments represent the power elite and their industries in the hierarchy above them, not the taxpayers whom they deceive and whose health they willingly risk for their own benefit. The FDA and the WHO are in close contact and have a Mutual Confidentiality Arrangement* by which they don't have to disclose information to the public. Secrecy and corruption go hand in hand. Big Pharma and other major industries run by the elite make huge profits from an unhealthy population just like the military industry makes profit from war and violence around the world.

During his time with the TPLF Tedros was linked to for example the Clinton Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). All these parties are heavily involved in the WHO and the global vaccine business. He was the WHO frontman during the highly exaggerated COVID-19 crisis when Big Pharma made huge profits aided by all these parties and the WHO praised China's authoritarian regime for aggressively suppressing the Chinese people.
